GETTING LICENSED TO PRACTICE REAL ESTATE LEGALLY
Now on your path to learn more about real estate, you may have come to several conclusions. You may just want to take a real estate course for your own education and do not want to obtain a license or you are truly serious about a possible career and want to take the course and pass the required state examination to obtain your license.
To get the Florida real estate license, you must:
- Take and pass a mandated 63 hour pre-license course. “Practice and Principles of Real Estate”.
- Finish an application and submit to a background check through the State of Florida and upon approval, schedule and sit for the state license exam.
