I have been a Florida resident since 1978. After living in Tampa and then South Florida for the first 20 years, my family and I moved to Ocala. Since I had been in new construction and real estate sales for the last 20 years, I couldn't imagine doing anything else other than continuing to assist buyers and sellers in their relocation plans.
