Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty, Inc. is a general purpose, full service real estate company dedicated to meeting the many faceted real estate needs of Marion County, Florida. The Company promotes a standard of excellence which is achieved through the cooperative team efforts of innovative management, dedicated staff, and professional associates. The Company provides and encourages education as the key to providing exemplary service and to attain the greatest possible satisfaction of buyers, sellers, cooperating brokers and our community. By achieving this mission, while maintaining profitability, future growth and long term stability is created.
Corporate History
Denver Lawrence (Larry) Ellison founded Ellison Realty, Inc. in Marion County, Florida 1973. Within three years, through a progressive marketing program, the Company became a leader in real estate sales, a position which has consistently been maintained since then. In January of 2008, with the retirement of Larry Ellison, the Company was bought by Dale Barron

Dale Barron, CEO, CRB, GRI
As owner of the company, Dale serves in many capacities to insure smooth operations on a daily basis. He serves as both a coach and trainer to new recruits, Director of Commercial & Farm Sales, and Technology Director.
Dale trained as a helicopter pilot in the service, and currently is a volunteer helicopter pilot for the Marion County Sheriff's Department. Dale attended Florida State University, and is active in the First Methodist Church. He and his wife Nancy have four children.
Gayle Lowry, President, CRB, GRI
Gayle has over 30 years with the company and is also a past president of the Marion County Realtor Association & MLS. She was named Realtor of the Year in both 1987 and 1999, and was appointed by the Governor for an 8-year term on the Florida Real Estate Commission/Education & Research. She was chairperson of the Professional Standards for Realtors, and served twelve years as a director of the Florida Association of Realtors and served as Vice President of that Associations' Seventh District.
Gayle is a past member of the Children's Service League of Ocala, the Ocala Junior League, and was Charter President of the Shrine Sahara Club. She attended Florida State University, Jacksonville University and Central Florida Community College.
